Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees in daily tasks and project assignments.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes and implement solutions.
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures and tools.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching for development.
• Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.
