This part‑time role (20–25 hours per week) offers flexibility around exams. You will break down complex people-related challenges, develop dashboards in Excel and Power BI, apply AI and automation, and support people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high academic performance.
• Interest in talent analytics, AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex people-related challenges using structured analysis to generate insights.
• Develop and evolve dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and deliver data products.
• Apply AI, automation and workflow tech to streamline reporting tasks.
• Support strategic People & Culture initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
