Arla Group is seeking a Finance Manager, Synergies Enabler to drive value from the DMK merger. You will partner with finance leaders and business stakeholders to quantify synergies, track P&L impact and deliver transparent reporting on progress.

The role combines hands-on financial analysis with stakeholder management and project execution, requiring leadership across cross-functional teams and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance or strategy roles (finance business partnering, strategic finance, consulting or corporate strategy).
• Relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance leads and business stakeholders to translate synergy initiatives into measurable financial impact.
• Identify and quantify merger synergies; establish robust financial baselines, assumptions and value potential.
• Track synergy realization and P&L impact; create transparency on progress and connect operational delivery with financial outcomes.
• Drive efficient and transparent synergy reporting; turn complex financial information into clear executive insights.
• Support the broader synergy agenda with structured project management across functions.
