Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in Business Partnering, FP&A, Consulting or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience with forecasting, business cases and performance management.
• Proactive mindset and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP and BW is an advantage.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive forecasting, performance management and financial transparency.
• Translate financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency and quality in forecasts and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance colleagues.
• Support improvement initiatives and best practices implementation.
