Job summary

Formalize is expanding its Copenhagen-based Nordic sales team. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with native Swedish and strong English to drive outbound opportunities in Sweden and support Account Executives.

You will design prospecting approaches, contact potential clients, and maintain CRM records as you grow with a fast-paced scale-up. You will join a diverse, international office with clear development paths, weekly check-ins, and ongoing learning, including bi-annual growth

Qualifications

• Native Swedish with professional fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills for prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the Swedish market for Formalize products.
• Identify, contact and organise meetings with potential customers or partners.
• Act as frontline ambassador, building brand awareness and trust with prospects.
• Design prospecting strategies and set up meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in HubSpot CRM.
