Job summary

Fagron Nordic seeks a driven Supply Chain Specialist to manage end‑to‑end operations, including procurement, logistics, regulatory compliance, and business development. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, quality teams, and external stakeholders to support Nordic growth.

You will contribute to setting up efficient processes and improvements within a small team, ensuring product availability and strong supplier relationships while maintaining compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience across supply chain, procurement, logistics and order management.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong Danish and English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Source products, identify qualified suppliers, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier performance to ensure product availability.

About The Job

Fagron Nordic is seeking a driven and versatile Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role in managing and developing our end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a broad position combining customer engagement, procurement, logistics, regulatory compliance, and business development.

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will be at the heart of our Nordic operations, ensuring the seamless flow of products, information, and processes across the business. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, quality teams, and external stakeholders while supporting the continued growth of Fagron Nordic.

You will be part of a small team working to grow Fagron Nordic and implementing the right processes and improvements to help make that happen.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source products, identify qualified suppliers, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier performance to ensure product availability.

Order Management & Logistics

  • Manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics while ensuring accurate documentation and operational efficiency.

Commercial Operations & Customer Management

  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare quotations, manage customer inquiries, and support customer-specific projects.
  • Represent Fagron professionally in technical and commercial communications.

Regulatory Affairs & Compliance

  • Support regulatory submissions, licenses, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with relevant authorities.

Business Development & Systems

  • Contribute to business development and product initiatives.
  • Maintain ERP/WMS master data and support cross-functional operational projects.

Set yourself apart

We are looking for a proactive and structured professional with good communication and negotiation skills who enjoys working across multiple disciplines.

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, customer service, and order management.
  • Experience from or interest in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Educational background on Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken, as our working language in Fagron Group is English.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business processes.
  • A hands-on mindset combined with a continuous improvement approach.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
