Job summary

Agilent in Denmark seeks a highly organized Supply Chain & Master Data Specialist for a 12-month assignment. You will support NPI, master data management, and cross-functional supply chain activities to ensure data accuracy and compliant processes across manufacturing operations.

You will lead end-to-end supply chain design, planning, and optimization projects, collaborate with IT to implement systems, and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and service while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Post-graduate certification and/or license may be required.
• Typically, at least 1–2+ years of relevant experience within supply chain, manufacturing, master data, or a related operational environment.
• Strong ability to understand production processes, manufacturing flow, and the dependencies between master data, materials, systems, and shop-floor execution.
• Experience with electronic batch records, configuration activities, or system setup in a manufacturing or regulated environment is considered highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Danish

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing master data management, and operational supply chain processes.
• Leads, or participates in, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with emphasis on planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of compliance, cost, service and inventory.
• Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
• Works in conjunction with IT partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements.
• Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to improve supply chain compliance, quality, efficiency and volume.
• Manages and maintains policies, procedures, processes, and tools in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and aligned with organizational objectives.
