Job summary

Tate & Lyle in Lille Skensved is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop our site’s end-to-end supply chain. The role blends strategic development with hands-on operational leadership to ensure a safe, reliable and cost-efficient operation.

You will manage planning, logistics, inventory, and cross-functional coordination, mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with the European organization to optimise S&OP processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and organized in a dynamic operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize end-to-end supply chain at Lille Skensved site.
• Manage procurement, planning, inventory control and formulation activities.
• Monitor production plans and OTIF KPIs and take corrective action.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support European S&OP process and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure audit-ready operations and compliance with safety and quality systems.
• Manage the supply chain budget and participate in investment reviews.
• Develop and coach direct reports with clear goals and feedback.
• Foster collaboration and best practices across teams.
