Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the supplier quality organization in MCI Denmark.
• Drive global supplier audits and evaluations for both development projects and existing suppliers.
• Support supplier volume allocation decisions with data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance evaluation tools in collaboration with global teams.
• Support the development of key component specifications and mitigation of root causes.
• Ensure continuous development of team capabilities and engagement.
• Contribute to overall quality strategy and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of team lead or management experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and processes.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Preferably hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
