Genmab in Copenhagen is seeking a curious, organized student worker to join the Talent & Culture team. You will help bring culture initiatives to life, support engagement activities, and assist with leadership development and learning programs while gaining exposure to a global organization.
The role is based in our Copenhagen office, reporting to the Talent & Culture leader in the US, offering an international environment and cross-cultural collaboration.

We are looking for a curious, organized, and people-focused university student to join our Talent & Culture team in Copenhagen.
As a Student Worker, Talent & Culture, you will have the opportunity to contribute across several areas of our people agenda, including culture, employee engagement, leadership and performance, and learning. This is a hands-on role where you will help bring Talent & Culture initiatives to life while gaining broad exposure to how a global organization creates an engaging, high-performing employee experience.
You will work closely with colleagues across Talent & Culture and partner with stakeholders in different parts of the organization. While the role is based in our Copenhagen office, you will report directly to our Talent & Culture leader in the US, giving you the opportunity to work in an international and cross-cultural environment.
Previous experience in HR, Talent & Culture, student organizations, event planning, communications, project coordination, or similar activities is a plus, but not required.
The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
