Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Bachelor’s student in their 1st or 2nd year to join the Development Operations team as a student worker in Denmark. You will help support clinical trial documentation, contract processes, and trial coordination while gaining hands-on experience in a global biotech setting.

You will work approximately 15 hours per week in the office, using Microsoft 365 tools, and collaborate with experienced colleagues across functions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, in 1st or 2nd year, based in Denmark.
  • Able to work ~15 hours per week in the office.
  • Committed to a year‑round role during the period.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps and IT systems.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience from a similar student job is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support sponsor TMF and record management: archive and maintain documentation; upload and manage in the system.
  • Assist with contract management: prepare task orders, consultancy agreements, and track signatures.
  • Help coordinate CTA amendments with CROs and stakeholders; assist with budgets and file checks.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and clinical trial support: meetings, quality checks, and materials prep.
  • Assist department activities: audits, training materials, trackers, SharePoint, travel arrangements.

The Role

Are you a bachelor student in your first or second year, motivated by administrative support and eager to gain hands‑on experience in the clinical development landscape? Join Genmab’s Development Operations team as a student worker and contribute to the operational backbone of our clinical trials. This is a unique opportunity to support a highly engaged and experienced team while developing your professional skills in a global biotech environment.

Development Operations supports the execution of clinical trials by ensuring smooth processes, compliant documentation, and strong operational coordination. As a student worker, you will be part of a dedicated student team providing essential support across clinical trial and departmental activities.

Responsibilities
  • Sponsor TMF & record management: Support the archiving and maintenance of clinical trial documentation; upload and manage documents in the record management system and assist with system-related support.
  • Contract management: Support the preparation of task orders, consultancy agreements, and related documents; track the signature process, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure proper archiving in line with applicable processes.
  • CTA amendment support: Assist in coordinating Clinical Trial Agreement amendments (CTA AMs) in collaboration with CROs and internal stakeholders; support communication, filing of budgets, and perform spot-checks for accuracy.
  • Operational & clinical trial support: Provide ad hoc support to employees working on clinical trials, including meeting coordination, document quality checks, and preparation of trial-related materials.
  • Department support: Assist with audit and inspection readiness activities, support the creation of training materials and presentations, maintain trackers and SharePoint sites, schedule meetings and events, and support general administrative tasks including travel arrangements.
Requirements

We ask you have a service-minded and highly detail-oriented mind. You are:

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, in your 1st or 2nd year and based in Denmark.
  • Able to work approximately 15 hours a week in the office.
  • Able to commit to a stable, year-round role throughout the full employment period.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and comfortable navigating various IT systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experienced from a comparable student job.
  • Well structured, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Service-minded with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable to changes and take ownership.

The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
