Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Student Assistant to support MSAT training initiatives in our Hillerød site. You will help create and assign curricula, keep training plans up to date, and pull reports to monitor completion.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant degree with at least three years left, highly organized, comfortable with digital tools, and able to communicate in English; Danish is a plus. Flexible hours 10–15 per week around exams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant higher education program.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication with managers and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Create and assign curricula to new employees with managers.
• Review and update training plans regularly.
• Build curricula for MSAT training across teams.
• Pull training reports and follow up with managers.
