Job summary

Flatpay is seeking a Student Assistant in the Group Strategy team in Herlev, Denmark. You will work directly with leadership, own parts of analyses, and help shape decisions on growth across markets.

This role suits a quantitative student who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to contribute from week one. You will build analyses, prepare senior leadership input, and turn numbers into clear recommendations while balancing exams with a 15–20 hour work week.

Qualifications

• You are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field and have at least 1.5 years left.
• You are strong with numbers and can work with large datasets.
• You can break a broad question into parts and explain your conclusions clearly in writing and verbally.
• You take ownership and follow tasks through.
• You communicate confidently in English (Danish is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build analyses for a broad range of topics.
• Prepare input for senior leadership.
• Assess performance across current and new markets.
• Research markets, competitors, and new product opportunities.
• Turn numbers into clear outputs and recommendations.
• Support ad hoc requests from HQ and market leadership.
