Job summary

Carrier Transicold in Padborg, Denmark, is seeking a Student Project Assistant – Business, Data & Digitalization. Part-time (~10 hours/week) for 6 months, supporting improvement projects from analysis to implementation in our service operation.

You will work with data, digital tools and practical implementation, contributing to warehouse/inventory, telematics, pricing and discounts projects. This role offers real business impact and ownership while receiving guidance.

Qualifications

• Currently studying toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, supply chain or another relevant field.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data and spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to the details.
• Able to work independently on clearly defined projects while collaborating with different colleagues.
• Comfortable communicating in Danish or English.
• Able to work sometimes from our Padborg location and therefore having a practical way of travelling to Padborg.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with colleagues in service, workshop and administration to understand how we work.
• Analyse data from different systems using Excel, AI and other digital tools to structure large amounts of information and turn data into conclusions.
• Translate analytical conclusions into practical actions and implement agreed improvements, rather than stopping at recommendations.
• Complete the implementations, both digitally and physically.
• Document improvements and new working processes supporting the use and maintenance of the improvement, creating long lasting impact.
