• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and attention to the details.
• Able to work independently on clearly defined projects while collaborating with different colleagues.
• Comfortable communicating in Danish or English.
• Able to work sometimes from Padborg and travel there practically.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with service, workshop and administration colleagues to understand workflows.
• Analyse data from different systems using Excel, AI and other tools to structure information.
• Translate analyses into practical actions and implement improvements.
• Complete implementations, digitally and physically, and document changes.
