Job summary

ABB is seeking a Student Worker to join the Information Systems Infrastructure team in Middelfart, Denmark. The role supports daily IT operations and incident response while providing hands-on experience across infrastructure, workplace technology, business applications, cybersecurity, compliance and user support.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues who guide your learning and development, contributing to ABB's IT services for Danish and global operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing relevant IT-related higher education.
• Interest in IT technologies and motivation to develop practical IT skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a structured and responsible manner.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across functions.
• Service-oriented approach and interest in supporting users and business stakeholders.
• Interest in infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT operations.
• Effective communication skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day IT operations and general IT-related activities.
• Assisting with IT hardware, workplace equipment, and infrastructure-related tasks.
• Providing practical IT support and assistance to end users.
• Supporting activities related to business applications and systems.
• Assisting with user administration and access-related activities.
• Maintaining IT documentation, inventories, and relevant records.
• Supporting IT compliance activities, controls, documentation, and follow-up.
• Participating in smaller IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
