Job summary

Kamstrup seeks a motivated student worker to engage colleagues globally on sustainability and ESG topics through communication and engagement activities. You will drive actions, support environmental improvements, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.

Ideal candidates study a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, have solid MS Office experience, and can work across functions with a pragmatic, structured approach.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields and a strong interest in sustainability.
• Solid experience with MS Office tools and data handling.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
• Structured, proactive approach to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Fluent in English and Danish; able to thrive in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sustainability team with follow-up tasks related to environment improvements.
• Visualize and communicate ESG data points to the organization.
• Contribute to energy group and sustainability coordinator meetings.
• Conduct analyses on ESG impacts to identify improvement areas.
• Support updating process descriptions in the internal sustainability management system.
