Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Student Worker for its global Communications & Corporate Affairs team in Copenhagen. The role focuses on internal communications, editorial content, and digital channels while supporting employee engagement across Denmark and the Netherlands.

Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with a small team, contribute to R&D storytelling, and help plan events. The position is 15–20 hours per week, reporting to the Senior Director, Communications, in Princeton, NJ, USA.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Communications, Marketing, Business and Administration or related field as a bachelor or master’s student with an interest in digital communication.
• Interested in pharma/biotech industry and Corporate Communications across internal/external audiences.
• Confident communicating in English and interested in writing and storytelling.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to own your work and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong digital skills; familiar with Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint; SharePoint, video editing, digital analytics, or AI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver editorial content for internal communications.
• Coordinate digital channels and support events and office communications in Copenhagen.
• Assist with interviews, writing, editing and producing deliverables (articles, presentations, visuals, video).
• Support communications planning, content creation, digital engagement and event support.
• Collaborate with C&CA, R&D and other functions to ensure timely delivery of content.
