Job summary

Danish Centre for AI Innovation (DCAI) is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Security & Compliance team. The role focuses on analysis, presentations, coordination, and documentation to govern Denmark's digital infrastructure.

You will work with a international team, contribute to materials for management discussions, external stakeholders, and internal initiatives. The position is non-technical and emphasizes understanding complex topics, asking good questions, and helping structure

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree, or in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree, with at least one year of studies remaining
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure and present information clearly
• Genuine interest in technology and IT infrastructure
• Fluent in English. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
• Available approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and refining presentations and written material used in management meetings and internal discussions
• Structuring information and documentation related to policies, processes, and internal initiatives in alignment with internationally recognized frameworks
• Researching and summarizing regulatory requirements and external guidance (e.g. EU or national frameworks) in a clear and practical format
• Taking ownership of selected recurring tasks, including updating documentation, maintaining overviews, and ensuring materials remain accurate and up to date.
