Job summary

Haleon Denmark is seeking a proactive Student Assistant to support our Sales team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in FMCG sales and collaboration with key retail partners.

Join a market leader with brands like Sensodyne, Panodil, and Voltaren. You will help with orders, sample shipments, and campaign forms while learning CRM and field sales processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Structured, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication in English; Danish is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel and administrative processes.
• Initiative and eagerness to learn about sales and retail dynamics.
• Currently in the second year of a relevant higher education program.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team: ordering and coordinating in-store displays for customers.
• Analyze market performance (Power BI skills are a plus).
• Prepare and send product samples.
• Complete and submit campaign registration forms to customers.
• Handle product creation forms for new listings and updates in GS1.
• Support campaign execution and communication: maintain campaign overviews for field sales consultants.
• Keep ProSellers updated on new Mass Market campaigns.
• Share updates on new SKUs, listings, and changes.
• Assist with general sales support tasks and cross-functional coordination.

Student Assistant – Sales (Part-time)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Sales team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks. This role offers hands‑on experience within FMCG sales and close collaboration with key retail partners. We are a market leader within consumer healthcare, with strong brands such as Panodil, Otrivin, and Voltaren. Within oral health, our portfolio includes Sensodyne and Aquafresh. Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales team: Ordering and coordinating in-store displays for customers
• Analyzing market performance (Power BI skills are a plus)
• Preparing and sending product samples
• Completing and submitting campaign registration forms to customers
• Handling product creation forms for new listings and updates in GS1
• Supporting campaign execution and communication: Maintaining and updating campaign overviews for field sales consultants
• Ensuring timely communication to ProSellers regarding new Mass Market campaigns
• Sharing updates on new product numbers (SKUs), listings, and changes
• Assisting with general sales support tasks and ad hoc coordination across customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications and skills:

• Is structured, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has strong communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage)
• Is comfortable working in Excel and handling administrative processes
• Takes initiative and is eager to learn about sales and retail dynamics
• Is currently in the second year of a relevant higher education program
