Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Commercial Customer Development Student to assist the Danish Customer Development Team about 15–20 hours weekly. The role involves supporting data tasks, maintaining the GS1 database, and preparing product information sheets for customers.

Work is on-site in Copenhagen with potential for early start. Ideal candidates are in their first year of a bachelor’s program, studying business or administration, and fluent in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Development Team.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

We are looking for a Commercial Customer Development Student who can assist our Danish Customer Development Team approx. 15-20 hours per week. We would love for you to join as soon as possible - or after the summer holidays.

Primary Tasks

• Supporting the Customer Development Team
• Maintaining the customer database GS1
• Creating product information sheets for our customers
• Handling shipments of product samples
• Responsible for our product “room”
• Maintaining the weekly sales data in CatMan
• Ad hoc

Your Educational Background

• First year of Bachelor degree
• You are currently studying an administrative bachelor degree, e.g.:
• Administrationsøkonom
• A bachelor in business administration
• Bachelor degree in sales

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Danish & English is required
• Strong communication skills – oral & written
• Driven, result oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality who thrives in a fast paced international environment
• Proactive and analytical person, who likes to take ownership
• Experience with Google sheet or excel
• Attention to detail and strong data discipline
