Job summary

Trustpilot in Copenhagen is seeking a Student Assistant to support our European Sales Team leadership. You’ll assist with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, and knowledge sharing while working approximately 10-20 hours per week.

You’ll gain direct exposure to regional leadership, access development resources through Trustpilot Academy and LinkedIn Learning, and join a collaborative culture that values curiosity, initiative, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• You are able to work 10–20 hours per week alongside your studies.
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• You have prior experience in a corporate or office setting.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day team support: Assist leadership and regional managers with various operational tasks, scheduling and follow-ups
• Internal initiatives & events: Plan, support and coordinate recurring team meetings, internal recognition programs and activities from start to finish
• Reporting & data support: Help gather metrics, update internal systems and maintain spreadsheets to assist with performance tracking
• Documentation & knowledge sharing: Create, organize and update internal guides and team files so information is clear and accessible
• Ad-hoc projects: Assist with diverse, evolving internal tasks and help test new tools or process improvements to streamline team workflows
