Inpay in Copenhagen is seeking a Student Assistant for the Onboarding and Support team in a hybrid role. You will cover weekend mornings and gain exposure to payments, system configuration, and AI-powered workflows.
You will work 8–16 hours weekly while enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, with professional English required and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Framm offers a collaborative multinational environment with AI tools integration.
Are you looking to join a dynamic, international company that's out to change the world of finance? Are you after a student position that lets you work from home on weekends, get a real understanding of how a FinTech company operates, and become part of a great multinational culture — all while working alongside modern AI tools?
Then you're in the right place!
We're recruiting a Student Assistant to join our Onboarding and Support team in a hybrid remote/office role. Our Onboarding and Support team continuously strives to deliver professional, fast customer support for our clients' payments and system configuration. As our new Student Assistant, you'll primarily be responsible for our morning weekend coverage of the Support function. On top of the weekend coverage, you can expect additional hours during the week, up to the maximum weekly hours set in your contract.
At Inpay we're genuinely adaptive and forward-leaning when it comes to AI. We build our own tools — including Atlas, our internally built AI assistant — to take the repetitive weight off the team so people can focus on the work that really needs human judgement. You'll use these tools from day one, and we'll actively welcome your ideas for how AI can make the job easier and better.
We don't throw you in the deep end — you'll ramp up with structured support from the team:
