Job summary

Satair, an Airbus Services company, is seeking a MarCom Student Assistant to support end-to-end event coordination, brand-consistent MarCom activities, and production of content for digital channels and newsletters. You’ll also help track event engagement and reach while gaining hands-on experience in a global marketing and communications team in Copenhagen.

The role offers exposure to international teams, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to learn through Airbus Leadership

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Hands-on mindset with a mix of desk work and event preparation.
• Comfort navigating social media and digital marketing tools.
• Collaborative and able to own tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Events: Assist in the end-to-end coordination of our global events, from initial planning and invitations to execution and post-event follow-up.
• MarCom activities: Support the team in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all external touchpoints, ensuring our materials are professional and up-to-date.
• Content: Assist in drafting engaging content for our digital channels, newsletters, and event-related communications.
• Performance: Help us measure success by assisting with reporting on event engagement and communication reach.
