We are looking for an Email Marketing Student Assistant to join our Growth & Marketing team. You will support the day-to-day execution of email and SMS communication to donors, customers and fertility clinics, helping us ensure that each audience receives relevant, timely and accurate information.
You will work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist as well as colleagues across marketing, communication and design. The role is focused on practical execution and support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.
Previous professional experience is not required. What matters most is that you are curious, thorough and motivated to develop your skills within email marketing and CRM.
Your key responsibilities will include:
As you become familiar with our systems and processes, you will gradually take greater ownership of our donor communication. You will be expected to take full responsibility for assigned tasks, follow established processes and raise any issues with the Email Marketing Specialist when necessary.

The position is a part-time student role of approximately 15 hours per week. Your working hours will be scheduled flexibly to accommodate your studies.
