Job summary

European Sperm Bank in Copenhagen is seeking a Part-time Email Marketing Student Assistant to support our Growth & Marketing team with hands-on email and SMS campaigns. You will work with the Email Marketing Specialist, gain experience in Mautic and Customer Insights Journeys, and help ensure relevant messaging for donors, customers, and clinics while building practical skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying marketing, communication, digital business or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Interest in email marketing, CRM and digital communications.
• Comfort with numbers, data and performance metrics; Excel is an advantage.
• Structured, detail-oriented, reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and quality-check emails, SMS, automated flows in Mautic and journeys.
• Ensure relevant donor communications after registration and before appointments.
• Monitor email/SMS performance and support KPI reporting.
• Coordinate translations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on CRM activities with copywriter and designers.
• Monitor reviews on Trustpilot and Google Business; support profiles.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks including book codes.

Structured and detail-oriented Email Marketing Student Assistant for our Growth & Marketing Team

We are looking for an Email Marketing Student Assistant to join our Growth & Marketing team. You will support the day-to-day execution of email and SMS communication to donors, customers and fertility clinics, helping us ensure that each audience receives relevant, timely and accurate information.

You will work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist as well as colleagues across marketing, communication and design. The role is focused on practical execution and support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.

As you become familiar with our systems and processes, you will gradually take greater ownership of our donor communication. You will be expected to take full responsibility for assigned tasks, follow established processes and raise any issues with the Email Marketing Specialist when necessary.

Salary range:

The position is a part-time student role of approximately 15 hours per week. Your working hours will be scheduled flexibly to accommodate your studies.
