Inpay seeks a Student Assistant to join the Governance Team in Copenhagen. The role is 12–20 hours per week and is on-site, supporting GRC documentation quality, structure, and accessibility across the organisation.
You will help with QA of policies and procedures, metadata tagging, and maintenance of the QMS and governance dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders across Risk & Compliance teams. A strong attention to detail and an interest in fintech governance are essential.

To strengthen our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team, we are looking for a Student Assistant (12–20 hours per week) who will play a key role in quality assuring, maintaining, and structuring our GRC documentation.
If you are thorough, detail-oriented, service-minded, and curious about Governance, Risk & Compliance, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a regulated fintech environment.
You will report to Head of Governance and will be a central support function in ensuring that Inpay’s GRC documentation is accurate, compliant, and easy to use across the organisation.
In this role you will be trusted with real responsibility and supported to work independently within clear frameworks.
You will be part of the Governance Team and work closely with colleagues across the Risk & Compliance teams.

You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g. business, law, economics, information management, history or similar).
You are structured, precise, and reliable. You enjoy working with details, documentation, and systems, and you take pride in delivering high‑quality support to others.
