Deloitte Denmark in Copenhagen is seeking a Nordic Support student assistant to provide IT support to employees across the Nordics, handling diverse tasks from device setup to issue resolution.
The role offers flexible hours (approx. 12–15 per week) with two days weekly, and opportunities to influence responsibilities as skills grow. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential.

You will join the Nordic Support team which consists of 26 talents across the Nordics, and a broad collaboration with Deloitte's employees. Our Nordic Support team currently includes colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, and we have recently transformed from local support desks to a centralized entity to support our end-users across all the Nordic countries. This is a new and exciting journey that you will also be a part of. We offer support of processes across our Nordic offices and various business areas. This includes everything from digitization to communication, technology, and infrastructure as well as strategy, business development, program management, and project management.

Your weekly working hours are approximately 12 to 15 hours. The distribution of working time can be agreed flexibly depending on your studies. The hours are typically distributed over 2 days a week.
An agreement is made regarding working hours, and we are of course flexible during exam periods. However, you will typically be part of the daily shift schedule between 16.00 and 20.00 on weekdays, and from 09:00-17:00 on the weekend.
We are looking for a positive, open-minded, and very structured student assistant who can work independently but also as a team player. Your tasks will require good communication skills. You master English on a high level both in writing and speech, as we work in an international organization.
