Job summary

Drees & Sommer Nordic A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Student Assistant to support our experienced team on real estate and construction projects while gaining insight into client advisory and project management.

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's (3rd semester) or Master's programme in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with fluent English and Danish (C1), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (3rd semester minimum) or Master's programme in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and technical principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Danish (C1) and comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to valuation and technical due diligence analyses.
• Help maintain clear documentation and communication across project teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work in an international environment with interdisciplinary teams and different client types.
