Job summary

Explicit ApS, a Danish greentech engineering company, seeks a Student Assistant to support Business Development. You will help refine sales workflows, prepare technical proposals, and engage with clients while exploring AI-powered automation to boost efficiency.

• Assist with organizing and optimising business development workflows, documentation and proposals.

Student Assistant – Business Development

Our Business Development team is looking for a Student Assistant to support our growth and help make our sales workflows more structured, efficient, and intelligent. This role is for someone who enjoys technical sales, organising information, improving processes, and figuring out how AI can solve real business problems.

About the job

You will join the Business Development team and work on projects across technical proposals, admin, contract management, and AI implementations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and optimising business development workflows, documentation, and proposals
• Helping the team with technical presentations and client engagement
• Supporting the team with vendor system registrations and other digital client platforms
• Building and implementing AI-powered automations to improve sales efficiency and business intelligence flows
• Supporting data structures, updating internal statistics, templates, and internal resources

About you

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in engineering (environment or sustainability), industrial engineering and management, business analysis, business administration, data technology, or a related field
• Passionate about tech, with an interest in AI and new digital tools
• Diligent and organised, with an interest in improving workflows and processes
• Proactive and practical, with the ability to take ownership and turn ideas into solutions
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant software is a plus but not a requirement
• Fluency in English; Danish is not a requirement
