Job summary

Aarhus University is seeking a Student Assistant for the International Recruitment team to support the AU Student Ambassador Network and related activities.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, events, and communications across AU’s international student programs, while handling administrative tasks and coordinating with students from diverse backgrounds. The role blends communication, event support, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams and other digital tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to track several tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the AU Student Ambassador Network and engage with ambassadors.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new ambassadors and events.
• Support international student events and activities (Intro/Welcome Days, webinars, campus tours).
• Handle administrative tasks and communications related to international student activities.
