Job summary

You will collaborate with the Capital Projects leadership team and cross-functional partners across project controls, governance, finance, quality, engineering and manufacturing, based in Bagsværd.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 3–5 years of strategy, business development, project management or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with presentation experience.
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional relationship building.
• Ability to own assignments from problem definition to follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic and operational topics and translate into clear conclusions.
• Prepare concise decision material, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and leadership discussions with clear outcomes.
• Support strategy development, portfolio priorities and investment processes across API Capital Projects.
• Connect internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities and dependencies.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assignments from definition through analysis and follow-up.
