Novo Nordisk is seeking a Finance Partner in R&D Portfolio Finance to help set investment direction for the R&D pipeline. You will partner with project teams and senior stakeholders to turn complex project information into clear financial insights for informed investment decisions.

You will drive budgets, forecasts and analyses across the project lifecycle, translating data into actionable guidance for governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with selected R&D projects, supporting financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial analyses with transparent costs, risks and value.
• Translate complex project information into clear insights for governance and management reporting.
• Help project teams understand financial implications of development plans and resource needs.
• Drive financial management and analysis of the total R&D project portfolio during budget cycles.
• Take ownership of high-impact analyses and processes to prioritise, plan and execute effectively.
