As our next Strategy Manager, you will be involved in critical initiatives across value creation, performance acceleration, AI, M&A and large-scale transformation. You will work closely with executive management and CVC on some of STARK Group's most important strategic, commercial and transformation priorities, gaining hands‑on experience while helping shape the future direction of the business.
You will be based at our HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, working in an agile and well-functioning central team of six people alongside top executives, former management consultants, and specialists. Expect about 10-20 travel days per year.
