IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement innovative delivery strategies for customer needs during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will bridge sales, medical and operations to ensure seamless project execution and support sales throughout the BD process.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, monitor market trends, mentor project leaders, and guide strategic delivery across programs to drive value and growth. Strong leadership and CRO experience are required.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial and competitive landscape in applicable therapeutic area.
• Strong global knowledge of biopharma, drug development lifecycle and operational clinical trial delivery.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong business acumen including financial considerations and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer management and ability to negotiate solutions.
• Leadership in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking for organizational/project goals.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Strong MS Office and software skills.
• Must have CRO industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to create tailor-made strategies.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies considering landscape.
• Monitor market trends impacting delivery strategies.
• Champion project-centric delivery and strategy understanding for teams.
• Leverage data to build project strategy using external/internal sources.
• Mentor Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings.
• Attend and lead bid defense or customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial and company goals.
