Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, procurement or supplier management.
• Experience with spend analysis, market data and sourcing strategies.
• Experience from manufacturing or technology-driven environment, preferably involving electronics, components or EMS partners.
• Understand the interaction between sourcing, Engineering and R&D.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contracts, suppliers and cost optimization.
• Analytical, structured and able to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
• Persuasive and comfortable driving initiatives that require alignment across several stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally in English and Danish in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies based on spending, market and supplier analysis.
• Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities through bundling, standardization and supplier consolidation.
• Develop second-source and dual-source solutions to reduce supply risk.
• Work with Engineering and R&D on alternative components and technical specifications.
• Build market and supplier intelligence to support sourcing decisions and negotiations.
• Negotiate strategic prices, contracts and commercial terms.
• Strengthen collaboration with EMS partners and contribute to the development of a more focused partner setup.
• Support initiatives that improve long-term delivery performance and supply resilience.
