Aibel Thailand seeks a seasoned SCM Department Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, subcontracting, and warehouse management, across projects and FEEDs. You will report to senior leadership and drive cost reductions while maintaining high safety and ethics standards.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, resource planning, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on collaboration and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Procurement, Subcontracting, and Warehouse Management.
• Proven leadership capabilities in coaching, team development, delegation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong business acumen and risk management awareness.
• High proficiency in English (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) for effective international communication.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SAP

Responsabilidades

• Lead, oversee, and strategically direct all SCM operations for Aibel Thailand.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Oversee inbound logistics, customs clearance, vendor due diligence, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction strategies.
• Foster a high-performing, safe, and collaborative team environment.
