Job summary

Orsted Germany is seeking a dedicated professional to develop and oversee long-, mid-, and short-term resource plans that align with asset strategy and business objectives.

You will own intake and governance of resource requests, forecast demand, and collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement, QHSE, and digital teams to ensure efficient deployment of resources and high-quality planning data.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning, forecasting, and governance within a complex operational environment.
• Ability to analyse data, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Strong coordination with engineering, planning, procurement, QHSE, and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining long-, mid-, and short-term resource plans aligned with objectives.
• Owning intake, scoping, and governance of resource requests; visibility on capacity.
• Leading strategic resource planning through demand forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Driving planning and forecasting to provide management with insights on risks and opportunities.
• Supporting SAP work order governance and data quality for data-driven decisions.
• Supporting rollout of new concepts and projects while fostering agile planning.
