Job summary

Systematic, based in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Project Manager for Software Quality within Defence. You will drive test strategy, coordinate QA across product programmes, and lead a QA team while collaborating with Directors, Managers and Architects to ensure high-quality outcomes for secure defence software products.

You will work in a multinational, security-conscious environment with travel to Bucharest and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex organisations.
• Structured, analytical planning, execution and risk management.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive test strategy and QA initiatives to improve product quality and delivery.
• Lead QA planning, reporting and improvements across the product programme.
• Manage a team of QA Engineers and develop their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Directors, Managers and Architects to ensure alignment and quality across development and delivery.
