Qualifications

Master's degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or related field.
Significant experience (6+ years) leading complex cross-functional projects, ideally from consulting or project management in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trust across organisational levels.
Scientific curiosity and sufficient understanding to collaborate effectively with scientific experts.
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset focused on delivering results.

Responsibilities

Drive planning, execution, and implementation of large, complex and cross-functional strategic projects across TD and R&D.
Ensure pro-active stakeholder management and communication at multiple organisational levels within and outside of TD.
Develop presentation material and memos to support presentations by senior leaders to R&D Leadership Team, Executive Management, and the Novo Nordisk Board of Directors.
