Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Project Director to lead high-impact strategic projects across Therapeutics Discovery and R&D. You will work with senior leaders and scientific stakeholders to plan, execute and implement large, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.

You will manage diverse stakeholder groups, develop presentations for senior leaders and the Board, and shape execution in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• A master's degree within a scientific, engineering, business, or related field.
• Significant experience (6+ years) leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across organisational levels.
• Scientific curiosity and ability to collaborate with scientific experts.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset focused on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and implementation of large, cross-functional strategic projects across TD and R&D.
• Ensure pro-active stakeholder management and communication at multiple organisational levels.
• Develop presentation material and memos for senior leaders and the Novo Nordisk Board.
• Build relationships and independently drive initiatives forward in a dynamic environment.
