Job summary

CRH Denmark seeks a commercially sharp Programme Leader to drive cross‑functional programmes, including M&A integrations, with strong governance and clear direction. You’ll own integration roadmaps, Day 1 readiness, and governance forums to ensure value delivery.

You will sit at the centre of strategic portfolio management, stabilising delivery, aligning senior stakeholders, and building executable plans with a solid PMO toolbox across CRH Denmark’s business units.

Qualifications

• Structured programme management experience with governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience across PMO and M&A integration contexts.
• Ability to build integrated plans with clear milestones and dashboards.
• Strong business understanding across functions (operations, commercial, finance, HR, IT).
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end programmes with governance and accountability.
• Coordinate across all workstreams and manage interdependencies.
• Lead post‑merger integrations or major cross‑functional programmes.
• Translate deal theses into structured integration roadmaps and Day 1 readiness.
• Deliver progress reporting to Danish leadership and SteerCo forums.
