Job summary

KMD is seeking a Business Architect to bridge business requirements and IT delivery. You will work with Danish and Polish teams to shape large IT systems, translating business needs into technical tasks and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

You will guide solution design, collaborate on epics and features, and maintain a prioritized backlog to maximize development efficiency. Fluency in Danish and English is essential, with agile experience across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Knowledge of Scrum and agile software development.
• Strong communication and quick familiarity with new problem areas.
• Structured and analytical in task solving.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare solution descriptions in collaboration with the customer.
• Advise with the customer on new options and functionality.
• Analyze epics and features with the product team.
• Break down epics/features into concrete user stories for the development team.
• Communicate technical solutions to the development team in English.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog for efficient development resources.
• Prepare reviews and ensure quality of developed features.
