Job summary

Clarity Partners, part of Teneo, is seeking a Manager who will work directly with clients, Partners and experienced colleagues to solve complex strategic and commercial challenges. From an early stage, you will take ownership of projects, shape analyses and recommendations, and contribute to decisions that create lasting value for private equity investors, portfolio companies and management teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting experience.
• Experience across corporate strategy, corporate finance, M&A advisory, transaction services, private equity, commercial due diligence, business development or market entry.
• Curiosity, sound judgement and commitment to creating lasting value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality research, analysis and client insights across a range of projects.
• Lead projects with support from senior colleagues.
• Build trusted relationships with client teams, proactively managing day-to-day interactions and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Develop clear, client-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the firm.
