Job summary

Clarity Partners, part of Teneo, is seeking a Senior Consultant to work directly with clients, partners and experienced colleagues on complex strategic and commercial challenges. You will own workstreams, shape analyses and recommendations, and help drive value creation for private equity investors, portfolio companies and management teams.

You will operate in small, collaborative teams, gaining exposure across strategy, transactions and value creation while developing as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality research, analysis and client insights across a range of projects.
• Lead workstreams and smaller engagements with support from senior colleagues.
• Build trusted relationships with client teams, proactively managing day-to-day interactions and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Develop clear, client-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the firm.
