Phanofi, a DTU spin-out building next-gen optical interconnects, seeks a Head of Business Development to shape the company’s commercial trajectory and build the function from the ground up.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the go-to-market strategy, forge high-value partnerships, lead funding initiatives, and represent Phanofi at global industry events.
You will work across AI, quantum, and space sectors and lead negotiations to secure strategic agreements.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in business development or commercial leadership within photonics/semiconductor/deep-tech industries.
- Engineering or scientific background enabling engagement with technical teams and customers.
- Master's degree in Engineering/Physics preferred; MBA with technical degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute Phanofi’s business development strategy and KPIs; drive market expansion across AI datacenters, quantum computing, and space sectors.
- Build and maintain strategic industry partnerships; lead partnership discussions and negotiations.
- Conduct market research, monitor trends, and translate innovations into commercial opportunities.
- Represent Phanofi at industry conferences, trade shows, and external communications activities.
