Job summary

DTU Entrepreneurship at DTU invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to help establish a strategic foresight and roadmapping capability for critical technologies, starting with advanced semiconductor technologies and chip ecosystems. The role sits at the intersection of innovation research, industrial strategy and technology ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • A PhD in innovation, science and technology studies, or related field with interest in foresight and roadmapping.
  • Experience analyzing technology development and ecosystems; ability to work across disciplines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with roadmapping and foresight methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt methods and tools for strategic foresight and technology roadmapping tailored to DTU's context.
  • Co-lead pilot cases analyzing technological, market and ecosystem developments; design and facilitate workshops and roadmaps engaging researchers, companies, authorities, investors, and international partners.
  • Conduct research on development trajectories and ecosystem building within the pilot cases.
  • Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders via roadmaps, presentations and publications in leading international journals and conferences.
