Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an ESG Compliance Specialist in Denmark to monitor and implement EU environmental regulations across the business. You will lead data collection, validation, and reporting, ensuring CSRD disclosures and supplier alignment, with a strong emphasis on ISO 14001.

You will collaborate across units, drive continuous improvement of the ESG program, and advise stakeholders on regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Educational background at least Bachelor's level or higher.
• Experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or QHSE.
• Hands-on with ESG frameworks, data collection, and reporting.
• Structured, data-driven approach with strong PM skills.
• Experience with suppliers and supply chain compliance is a plus.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement EU ESG regulations and directives.
• Lead collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data.
• Manage ESG reporting and CSRD disclosures.
• Improve ESG data management processes and controls.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory developments and best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure supply chain compliance.
