Job summary

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Project Director to lead a strategic, long-term EPR programme. Based in Aarhus, you will drive governance, coordinate across development, product management, customer projects and operations, and deliver benefits to customers and Systematic.

You will report to the VP Healthcare, collaborate with customers and leadership, and steer a virtual organization across tracks while ensuring the program meets time, budget, scope and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of programme and project management experience, including large IT programmes.
• Master’s degree in engineering, IT or economics, with a certification in programme management (PgMP or MSP).
• Experience with public sector healthcare contracts and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience negotiating changes, budgeting, business case and contractual commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme plan, budget and business case, ensuring coherent solutions and benefits.
• Drive governance and represent the programme to customers and Systematic management.
• Own and protect scope, challenge new requirements and manage changes.
• Own roadmap, schedule, milestones, budget and resource plan with risk management.
• Ensure delivery per agreements and lead changes with Sales and Legal teams.
• Manage a complex stakeholder landscape across customers, management, partners.
• Build and lead the virtual programme organisation across tracks and departments.
