Job summary

AGC Biologics in Søborg is seeking a Principal EHS Specialist to drive our ISO-based EHS program and strengthen chemical safety for +1000 colleagues. You will act as SME for EHS ISO management, coordinate audits, mentor teams, and collaborate across functions to advance risk governance in a fast-paced biopharma environment while adhering to Danish legislation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS.
• Fluency in Danish for professional and technical understanding.
• MSc or BSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site's ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 management systems, including audits.
• Coordinate EHS governance with health and safety representatives and cross-functional teams.
• Translate chemical safety data (SDS, OEL) into practical risk assessments and actions.
• Mentor colleagues and build strong relationships across the organization to strengthen EHS culture.
