Job summary

itm8 invites an experienced architect to shape the future of data, analytics, and AI across our enterprise. You will define strategic direction, craft scalable data platforms, and guide teams from concept to implementation to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead GenAI and hyper-automation initiatives, establish guardrails, and evangelize AI governance while collaborating with stakeholders from technical specialists to executives. Hybrid work in Denmark is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within data, analytics, AI, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience defining technology strategy and target architectures.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI technologies.
• Experience translating business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience working closely with development teams and software delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills from technical specialists to senior executives.
• Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for our enterprise data and analytics landscape.
• Design scalable architectures across data ingestion, storage, processing, semantic layers, and data products.
• Enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and self-service capabilities across the organization.
• Lead key data and analytics initiatives from architecture to implementation.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and citizen developers.
• Define the architecture and operating principles for GenAI and hyper automation ecosystems.
